Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and has Chinese roots, but her dad Winston Barrett Munn comes from a Southern family. Her parents divorced when she was only 2 years old. She was raised by her mother along with her stepfather, who is an United States Air Force officer. Even though the family moved out of Oklahoma and resided in many locations, she was mainly raised at Tokyo, Japan. When she was in Japan, she acted as an actor in local theatre performances, and later became an Japanese modeling model. Olivia moved to Los Angeles when her family had came back in the United States to follow her aspirations of becoming an actress. Then, after some small roles in TV shows with Hawaii lenses (such like Beyond the Break), she was cast in the show Mily Acuna. She was also offered the job of Rob Schneider's receptionist on Big Stan. The host of G4 podcasts such as "The Daily Nut," "Formula D,"" and "Formula D." She is a fan of surfing, something she has been practicing since the television show Beyond the Break (2006). The black belt she holds is Taekwondo. Her mother got married when she was just two years old to an Air Force officer. Family members have moved around numerous times. She lived the majority of her life in Tokyo Japan since that was the location where her father was stationed. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she was a journalist with minors of Japanese and drama art.
